How my office guides you through the Social Security disability claim process:

Step 1: Contact my office

If you haven’t applied yet or have a claim pending at any level, call me or fill out our brief online interview request and a staff member will confidentially interview you by phone to discuss your situation. If you’ve already filed, we may get a copy of your claim and review it.

Step 2: I will personally review your case

If I accept your case, we will immediately advance for the completion of all necessary steps.

If you are a first time filer: We will personally advise you on how to begin the application process with the Social Security Administration so you get it right the first time.
If you’ve previously been denied: I will review the details of your disability claim and file your appeal.

Step 3: Journey to success

As your attorney, I will pursue your claim and fight for your Social Security disability benefits like only an experienced insider can and you only pay when your claim is approved.
